[va-bird] Drizzly Dyke Marsh

Hi,
Wed. afternoon at Dyke Marsh was a bit wet but there were plenty of birds
around. A tern with an all-red bill and red feet showed up again --- assume it
has to be a CT and not an arctic; need some expert help!
