[va-bird] Ft. Belvoir archery range 4/4

Birders,
To follow up on Larry Cartwright's message about Ft. Belvoir, sightings from
the archery range included 2 adult and 3 immature Bald Eagles, 1 Greater
Yellowlegs, several Forster's Terns, Herring and Ring-billed Gulls, DC
Cormorants, 1 Red-tailed Hawk, many Osprey on nests, 2 Red-breasted Mergansers,
1 Tundra Swan with a bad wing, and the highlight, 5 Common Loons in beautiful
breeding plumage.
