[va-bird] Painted Bunting, Cape Charles

The male Painted Bunting continues at 9 Randolph Avenue in Cape Charles; it
ranges more widely through the neighborhood on warm days, but it was present
in the east side yard on at least 10 occasions today, from 0612 on, mostly in
the early morning. No Rufous Hummingbird today that I know of, the first
likely day of absence since 11 December.
