Generally, a slow day at Belle Haven/Dyke Marsh, but three Blue-Gray
Gnatcatchers foraging together, three Caspian Terns, and 80-90 Tree
Swallows sweeping over the Potomac, picking off some kind of delicious
morsel from the surface of the water made up for a lack of diversity.
There were a handful of Rough-wings and Barn Swallows also enjoying the
feast on the river.
