[va-bird] Eastern Kingbird at Occoquan NWR, Prince William County

During our banding operations at Occoquan NWR Pat Lubbers
spotted an Eastern Kingbird which posed nicely for us.
The big excitement of the day was catching a Pileated
Woodpecker in one of the nets. He yelled so loudly that
I am sure the folks in Maryland heard him, and all the
local crows came to see what was going on.
