[va-bird] RFI Owling Lights

Chatters:  I am in the market for an owling light.  I'll welcome your 
suggestions about makes, models, candlepower recommendations, other features 
to look for, and, last but not least, where one can buy such things.  I don't 
recall seeing them advertised in literature directed to birders.  TIA.
