[va-bird] Bridge Tunnel

On Friday, April 5 there were two female common eiders on Island #3. Black
(few) and surf (many) scoters were also present. Common loons were in near
breeding plumage and outnumbered red-throated loons, which were still in
winter colors. Island #3 also had about two dozen brant. We also saw 3-4
chimney swifts flying along the CBBT on Wednesday, April 3.
