[va-bird] Shrike's , Cackling Goose in Augusta County

Hello all
This morning I found the Two Loggerhead Shrike's in the Swoope area along the
brushy fence that is about 3 tenths of a mile from Livick & Cattleman Rd. Rts.
707 & 876 . At Smiths I ran across about 12 Tree Swallows & at the Boy Scout
Camp there were 1 Snow Goose mixed in with the 200+ Canada's & 71 Ring - necked
Duck .
At McCune's there were 38 Gadwall , 10 Am. Wigeon , 15 Shoveler & 2 Pintail .
At the pond behind Hardee's there was 1 Cackling Goose mixed in with the 150+
Canada's . Things are on the move & around here the numbers of Canada's are
decreasing .
