[va-bird] Red-necked Grebe, Gloucester Point

A lone RED-NECKED GREBE was hanging out around the public fishing pier at
Gloucester Point Beach this morning.
This location is Site #8 on the Gloucester Loop of the Coastal Section of
the VA Birding and Wildlife Trail. However, the location on the Loop map is
incorrect.
