[va-bird] Wood Ducks at Dutch Gap

Good morning birders..
Finally found some elusive Wood Ducks at Dutch Gap. We spotted at least 20 
pairs.
I managed to get a few photographs, but they were way back in the 
vegetation. Will be keeping an eye on them for nesting and ducklings. Very 
exciting for me.. Just wish they were closer, or I had a bigger lens. No 
sign of the Least Bittern. Lots of Ring-necks, Wigeons, Coots and Gadwall. 
Many Red-winged Blackbirds which were a welcome sight and sound.
At least 8 Great Blue Herons and 3 Osprey on a Dominion Power tower near the 
entrance road, and one lone Kestrel...
