[va-bird] Riverside Park, Collingwood Picnic Area and Dyke Marsh

I birded along the GW Parkway from Riverside Park to Dyke Marsh late morning
and early afternoon. It was windy and cold. The breeze kept many birds quiet
but some waterfowl was present at Riverside Park and Collingwood. The best
birds were 1 Osprey at Riverside Park and 2 at Dyke Marsh, 8 Tree Swallows
at Collingwood Picnic Area, and 1 Horned Grebe at Dyke Marsh.
