[va-bird] Fox Sparrow at Fort Smith Park, Arlington, Feb. 28

VA Birders, The highlight of our Northern Virginia Bird Club walk at Fort
C.F. Smith Park, Arlington Co., on Wednesday, Feb. 28, was a lovely FOX
SPARROW. In addition, I saw my first TURKEY VULTURE in Arlington Co. this
year during the walk--usually I see them here the first week in January!
