[va-bird] Snowy Owl

As an employee at Dulles Airport, I have been making near-daily morning
excursions to look for the Snowy Owl. As far as I know, the last recorded
observation was evening, Friday March 17. My own last observation was that
same morning. It seems likely nature has taken its course and lured the owl
back north. I will keep checking and update with any new information.
