FreeLists / va-bird / [va-bird] Short Eared Owl & Northern Harrier

Finally saw three short eared owls and 1 or 2 Northern Harriers. I couldn't
see them very close up because of my binocs, but it was a joy to watch them
fly around the field a couple of times and a No Harrier flew very close to
me so I got a closer look. Wish I had a better binoc and a scope. If anyone
has a nice pair of either they want to sell, contact me off list please.

Been ill and couped up - couldn't take it anymore - at least I could bird
from my car mostly. Ya know getting out and birding was the best medicine
anyone could ever have.

I love being on this list. Now if I could just see the snowy owl at Dulles.
Ah, there's always another bird. I think I'm hooked.
