[va-bird] News from White Oaks Park

In preparation for the coming spring (notwithstanding the cool temps), I
walked the familiar haunts of White Oaks. The COOPS were a-courting, and a
PHOEBE a-calling. A big flock of juncos (about thirty) visited the feeders
today (I?ve had no more than three all winter). I?m ready for spring.
Well, I will be once I finish getting the data from last spring into Avisys
. . . . Got that halfway done tonight.

P.S. I just ordered a bunch of stuff from Big Pockets (the birding mail
