[va-bird] Snowy Owl still around Sunday 3/5

I arrived at Dulles at approximately 2:30 and immediately spotted the owl
just to the right of the "Y" runway sign behind the UPS air cargo building.
I was there for about 45 minutes and it was still in its favorite place when
I left. It seems to have found a peaceful coexistence with the crows. At
times it was surrounded by 10-15 crows, which for the most part ignored it.
