Hello Birders,
Made a quick lunch time (1:30pm) visit to the floodwall area of the James
River Park today. Pleased to see the ASH THROATED FLYCATCHER doing it's
thing (...fly catching). It was it the same general area as has been
previously reported. Today it was at the canal end of the rail yard.
Not too many gulls on the river. But the majority were adults; 250
RING-BILLED GULL, 100 HERRING GULL, 10 GREAT BLACK-BACKED GULL, and 2
LESSER-BLACKED GULL.
