[va-bird] Redheads at Occoquan Bay NWR, Woodbridge

VA-Birders,
There were 38 Redheads mixed in with Lesser Scaup on Occoquan Bay
this morning near Deephole Pt. and Easy Roads. In the Bald Eagle
nest was a standing adult who was frequently looking down into the nest.
