[va-bird] Bald Eagles

One immature bald eagle was sighted yesterday on Allegheny Mountain on
the border of Highland and Pocahontas Counties and a mature bald eagle
was sighted on upper Back Creek near US 250 in Highland today.
Incidentally, both these sightings were made less than one mile from
the proposed wind project on Tamarack and Red Oak.
