[va-bird] WILSON'S SNIPE at Henricus again

Gerry Weinberger and I found the WILSON'S SNIPE at Henricus this morning.
There were at least 2 birds, nowhere near as many as the 30+ that I found
there on Tuesday. They were on the "mudflats" again.
The "mudflats" appear at low tide and are best observed from the observation
blind which is on the left just past the 0.5 mile marker.
