[va-bird] Snowy owl?

Peter Frechtel and I are thinking about making a run for the Dulles Snowy Owl
on Saturday (my second attempt). Haven't seen any reports for a few days.
If anyone goes today or tomorrow (or has gone in the last few days), I'd
appreciate it if you could either post or let me know off-list whether it's
been around and where.
