[va-bird] Cartwheeling Black Vultures

Today I saw two Black Vultures do the lock-talons and cart-wheel
thing in the air as if they were eagles or hawks.  I have never seen this
behavior by vultures before, but I assume it is part of pair-bonding.
I can't imagine storks doing this, so I hope the taxonomists are
right.
