[va-bird] Northern Shrike back

Todd Day called to say that he and his father Mike saw the Northern Shrike on
the west side of Hwy 13 on Fisherman Island at 4:14 p.m. today (Sunday),
about 150 yards south of last Saturday's sighting in the NW corner of the
island.
He reports that the Western Tanager performed well but the Painted Bunting
was not seen midday in Chesapeake; the Eurasian Wigeon continues at Ramp Road
pond at the Eastern Shore of Virginia NWR.
