Hello all
This morning Pat & I started out in the Swoope area & ending up at Quillen's .
While these areas had a few waterfowl but the most was seen at McCune's . Below
is a list of what was seen today .
Smith's
Green -- winged Teal -- 8
Boy Scout Camp
Wood Duck -- 10
Redhead -- 1
Ring -- necked Duck -- 2
Hooded Merganser -- 3
Coot -- 1
Quillen's
Wood Duck -- 2
Green -- winged Teal -- 2
Ring -- necked Duck -- 1
Red -- tailed Hawk still on Nest
Tree Swallow -- 7
Bells Lane
Cackling Goose -- 6
Gadwall -- 2
Am . Wigeon -- 2
Redhead -- 1
Hooded Merganser -- 3
Coot -- 7
McCune's
Gadwall -- 37
Am . Wigeon -- 5
Black Duck -- 2
Pintail -- 3
Ring -- necked Duck -- 15
Bufflehead -- 1
Ruddy Duck -- 1
Pied -- billed Grebe -- 1
Also thru out Augusta County I had a total of 575 + Red Winged Blackbirds &
mixed in were about 35 Rusty Blackbirds . The most Red Wings were seen in the
Swoope area 450 .
