[va-bird] Dyke Marsh report for 6 March

Five people joined me for today's edition of the Sunday morning walk at Dyke
Marsh. Although it was slow, there were some signs that spring migration has
begun. Dark-eyed Juncos, that don't normally spend the winter in the picnic
area, were present today and 5 were singing away. However, there were very few
ducks. Also, 2 eagles were perched in the picnic area, presenting detailed
viewing. One bird particularly seemed unconcerned with our presence. We had 1
Pied-billed Grebe and a Horned Grebe, the latter still sporting basic plumage.
The big miss- the group couldn't conjure up one goldfinch!
