[va-bird] CBBT false advertising

I just received the March-April issue of Audubon magazine and on pages 19 - 22
there is a four page advertisement for the VA Birding Trail. It states the CBBT
is "one of the unique birding attractions in the eastern United States." How
much $$ went into advertising the CBBT as a birding Mecca? If we can't bird on
the CBBT can we sue the Virginia Tourism Corporation for false advertising? How
much money is the state going to lose in tourist $$? It will cost $$ to make up
new ads......
Can a compromise be negotiated with Homeland Security?
Should we all turn out for one last birding adventure before the CBBT islands
close? Anyone want to pick a date?
