[va-bird] Short-eared Owl in Fauquier Co

On my way to Charlottesville, about 8:30 am this morning, I saw a Short-eared
Owl fly over Rokeby Rd about 100 yards north of where it intersects
w/Rectortown Rd in northern Fauquier Co. This is a couple miles west of where
the Short-eared Owls have been observed along Rectortown Rd the past few
winters.
