[va-bird] No. Lapwing in MD

VA-Birders,
Northern Virginia birders will want to know that the Northern Lapwing
was present this morning near Creagerstown, MD as late as 12:45 PM,
along Graceham Rd., not far from Rt. 550 as you are approaching
Graceham, where it has been seen previously. I wasn't among the lucky
ones who saw it, but I received a phone call from Rich Rieger who saw
it for about an hour. He said it was along the first fence line on the
right. He asked me to spread the word, thinking there was a good
chance the bird would stick around for the afternoon.
