Hi folks,
I work with National Audubon Society - and I believe am the sole
representative for National in the state.  I coordinate their Important
Bird Areas program in Virginia. (If interested in learning about it,
check out our website: www.virginia-iba.org).  I'm relatively new to the
position - just started in January - so I don't know everybody up at
National.  However, I did contact two people that may be good first
steps in spreading the word about the CBBT developments in the Policy
and Advocacy offices.  I will keep you updated with any feedback I
receive from them in the future.

They have an email "Audubon Advisory" that allows users to "take action"
by
easily forwarding letters to legislators. It would be great if they
could
help get the word out on this issue.=20
