        I don't think a collapse of the CBBT would "bottle up the entire 
Atlantic Fleet," since the tunnels are below the two 2000-foot wide 
channels--and those channels have a minimum of 40 feet of water.
   There are much easier targets--I'm afraid to say--everywhere.
