[va-bird] Craney Island Painted Bunting?

Hi all,
I'm working on finishing up a data table with an author writing an article on
Painted Bunting, and one record is unfinished - a green (female-type) bird at
Craney Island in the past decade. I heard from David Clark that he might
have a date on this, but so far I don't have anything firm. Does anyone have
any information on this bird? I can't find it anywhere in print but would
like to include it if a date or dates can be found.
