Yes--and an Osprey at Accotink Creek at Ft. Belvoir, too, on Sunday.
John Bilsicki, the biologist at the wildlife refuge, witnessed a clash
between two Bald Eagles and an Osprey, who lost a hard-earned fish to the
Eagles.
