[va-bird] VA Comp List

I support Sue Heath's idea of a Virginia annual composite list, like Maryland 
has, and she's done a nice job of setting it up.  It should be fun. However, 
I hope that folks will not use this as an excuse not to report their sightings 
to long-term citizen science data bases like Project Feeder Watch, eBird, 
North American Birds Regional Reports, and the like.  In the end, those will be 
the ones that really count in terms of bird conservation and the continuance of 
our hobby of birding.
