I've been watching with interest the reports on Phoebe sightings in NOVA.
South of Richmond we see them throughout the winter (my year sighting was
January 3); it would be interesting to see the progression up the 100 miles or
so in
between. In other words, where is the wintering cutoff? Fredericksburg?
