[va-bird] Canvasbacks in Dahlgren

Yesterday I observed a raft of ~12 Canvasbacks on the way to lunch. They
were seen on Dahlgren Rd about a mile outside the main gate of the NSWC.
They were about 10 yards away from the bridge on the right. It was a quick
look due to traffic and a non-birder driving.
Today I noticed a raft of ducks a bit farther out but couldn't id them.
