[va-bird] Banding site info from Brenda and Sue---

  Basically I guess I was too lazy to find these sites myself when the banded 
Canadian Geese came in my back yard. I thought this should be posted as 
SPRING is as good as here and anyone can record it or put it in favorite 
places- A big thanks to Brenda and Sue:
