[va-bird] spring is coming

This morning, while driving along the GW Parkway looking for ducks and grebes,
I saw an Eastern Phoebe in the woods just north of the pull in at River Farm
Rd. Further down the parkway, at Morningside Dr, there was an Osprey sitting in
a tree above the river. Spring is definitely coming! aLso saw Common, Hooded,
and Red breasted Mergansers, and Horned Grebes at the end of the boardwalk at
