[va-bird] Common Eiders / CBBT

At 3:30 PM Sunday, the 3 Common Eiders were seen approx. 3/8 mile, directly
east, offshore from Island 4. A little later on, Todd
Day and Ian Topolsky did not find them.
As no one had found them for a number of days, my guess is that they were out
at sea all that time?
The 2 Harlequins were sitting on rocks on Island 1.
