[va-bird] 7 Red-necked Grebes at Neabsco

Sorry for posting so late, but Laura Catterton and I had 7 Red-necked Grebes at 
Neabsco Creek (Prince William County) today.  I only tallied 6, but had to 
leave early. Laura found the 7th bird after I left.  A search to relocate the 
Thayer's at the landfill was unsuccessful.
