[va-bird] Red-necked Grebe, Centreville

The Red-necked Grebe reported by Laura Catterton at the Upper Occoquan
Sewage Treatment Plant yesterday was still there today about 11:00am.
Based on the numbers of sightings of this species in MD today, I'd say
it's a darn good time to get out there and look for them on any body of
water you can find. Just another sign that spring is really coming.
