[va-bird] Black Vulture

VAbirders,
Yesterday afternoon about 3:00p I saw a Black Vulture flying overhead while
I was driving west(?) on Blake Lane in the Oakton area. I was approaching
the intersection of Blake Lane and Chain Bridge Road (Rt 123). It was the
first time I ever saw one in the Vienna area. Have I been asleep, or is
this sighting a tad unusual.
BTW, I pleaded with him to fly over to my house, a few minutes glide away
from the spot as the BV flies. What a great yardbird he would make! :-)
