Good evening all,

       This morning I went down to Mason Neck and birded the Great Marsh 
Trail. The weather was less than ideal, but all thigs considered, I was able 
to get the walk in without the weather being much of a problem.

       Observations Included:

Osprey (2)
Bald Eagle (6)
Tundra Swan (25+)
Wood Duck (20+)
Gadwall (6)
Black Duck (12)
Green-winged Teal (30+)
Scaup (100+, clueless as to greater or lesser)
Bufflehead (8)
Common Merganzer (20+)
red-bellied wp (3)
Downy wp (2)
Hairy wp (2)
Flicker (1)
Brown Creeper (5)
wb nuthatch (2)
GC Kinglet (10+)
Pine Warbler (1)
Fox Sarrow (1)
Purple Finch (2)
House Finch (10+)
