[va-bird] Dutch Gap Osprey

I have been seeing the osprey for about a week but today was the first day they
were in the nest that they used the last 2-3 years.
The RS Hawks are also in the same nest they have used the last couple of years.
They took the old nest down and completely rebuilt it.
Alas, no sign of the barred owls. The nest tree they used last year collapsed
in the last ice storm.
Wood ducks are out in force (and in the trees).
