[va-bird] no barney?

Dan Smith and I struck out in a late afternoon hunt for the Barnacle Goose in
and around Cameron Run Park, (Alexandria)....upon arriving home, I received a
report on one banded Canada Goose that was seen hanging out w/ Barney and
may lend credence (or clearwater) to the "birds of a feather" theory advanced
by some previous posts. The C. goose was banded as a gosling in 1999, near
Peterbourough, (Ontario) Canada...If you're travelin' to the north country
fair, this goose may want to ride along...Rich Rieger
