[va-bird] Vesper Sparrow

I had the good fortune to observe two (2) Vespers Sparrows in western
Charles City County today. These were my first mid-winter records of
this species for Virginia. The birds were observed in an open field with
mixed low vegetation and open ground. The larger size (than Savannah
Sparrow), white outer tail feathers and white eye-ring were all observed.A
