[va-bird] Merlin still at Fairlington

The Merlin was present both yesterday and today (Friday) at the Fairlington
Community Center in Arlington (directions in previous post). The bird arrived
about 5 pm while the setting sun was still hitting the upper part of the tree,
flying in from the south. It always perches at the top of the same large oak
tree.
