[va-bird] snowy owl

VA Birders,
I'm very happy that so many people have been able to see the Snowy Owl
at Dulles but distressed that the Washington Post article did not
include kudos to Justin Dysart and his father Mark, who found the owl,
took the time to figure out what it was, and to report it to the Voice
of Naturalist. If they hadn't taken the time to do this, no one would
have even known the owl was there. All I did was figure out workable
logistics and pass the word on. And, I swear I never used the word
"hoary" when I was talking to that reporter :-)
Good birding everyone,
Sue
