[va-bird] Early morning view of the Snowy Owl

Good morning all,
This morning before work I stopped by Dulles Airport in hopes to see the Snowy
Owl. I parked on level 3 of parking garage. There were 3 people already
viewing the Snowy, Mike, Helen and Joy. The Snowy was at the far runway. It
was a great way to start the day.

Red Tail
Hooded Mergs 2m/2f
Robins
Ring Bill Gulls
Herring Gulls
Canada Geese
