[va-bird] White-fronted Goose --No!

I checked the location on Pleasant Valley Road at the Fairfax County line at 
about 5:00 P.M. Wednesday afternoon and found no White-fronted Goose in the 
retention pond.  There was a large flock of Canada Geese closer to Rt. 50 but 
the rare goose was not among them.
