[va-bird] Short-eared Owls- Louisa co.

Myself and two other birders saw at least 4 Short-eared Owls this
evening on E. Green Springs Rd. in Louisa County.  They appeared at
about 5:50 and were enjoyed until 6:15.  A nice show.
